After graduating from art school, Hélène-Laure founded LOGO AND CO in 1989, a company dedicated to brand image and consistency.
After 10 years developing LOGO AND CO, she joined the LVMH group as artistic director of Pommery champagnes.
These operational experiences have developed Hélène-Laure’s listening skills, as well as her teaching qualities. She has a thorough understanding of how companies operate.
Her expertise in translating a client’s identity into a drawing or image naturally led her to create an original method to serve both the individual and the company.
A former senior manager at Orange, Marc managed several entities (sales teams, marketing teams, technical support teams). He was also responsible for developing the skills of operational executives and managers, as Director of the Group’s Sales and Marketing Schools.
In addition, he has managed IS change, restructuring and reorganisation projects. In this context, he worked with the relevant bodies: CHSCT and trade unions.
Marc is a drawing enthusiast. He often uses drawing in his professional activities: as part of HLDB training or as part of internal or external conferences, as well as during his usual management activities.
Enthusiastic and rigorous, Marine joined the team to develop our sales and marketing approach with dynamism, relevance and team spirit.
Arnaud began his professional life in Colombia, where he set up his own adventure tourism agency. Arnaud has always been keen to take on new challenges. After a number of experiences in a variety of sectors, from implementing sports policies in HR to international sales development for a cosmetics brand, he has held a number of positions of responsibility.
These different experiences have given him a global vision of the problems that a company can encounter in the course of its development, and in particular the impact that a management style whose ambitions are too far removed from the aspirations of its employees can sometimes have – on a day-to-day basis or in the context of a start-up being taken over by a large group, for example.
Arnaud joined Dessin & Entreprise to help it grow, so that the HLDB method could be known by as many people as possible and could restore real well-being in the workplace by helping to change behaviour.
