TO WHAT END?​

Our HLDB method is a behavioral and systemic approach that relies on drawing to: ​

  • Express the employees’ emotions and clarify what had remained untold. ​
  • Work on emotions to change behaviors during our innovative and efficient workshops.

HOW?​

  1. We have developed an online diagnostic tool, CLIMAFUN. CLIMAFUN collects the feelings of all employees in a simple and anonymous way and thus provides an image of the “weather” of the audited teams. To guarantee the anonymity of employees, the diagnosis is not offered to groups of less than 10 employees.
  2. The analysis of this “weather” allows us to guide companies towards a training course adapted to the specific issues highlighted by the diagnosis.​
  3. Our training courses are tailor-made workshops that bring together teammates behind drawing easels. This original, concise and ultra-effective approach shows excellent results!

WHY DRAWING?​

Drawing frees expression and allows emotions to come out. Used as a transitional tool, drawing allows serious subjects to be addressed more spontaneously and with greater lightness than with words.

 

In fact, drawing does not involve as much as the spoken or written word.

 

Here, drawing is a way of getting people talking, expressing themselves and reflecting on their behavior and their place in the company. It prompts people to consider what is meaningful both to them and to the organization.
