How can you give your teams a renewed sense of belonging?

The current period has caused disruption in the way work is organised.

CLIMAFUN, a digital tool based on our drawing-based HLDB* method, can be used to assess the mood of your teams in order to
– Find out what state of mind your employees are in
– How to express the unspeakable
– Remove the obstacles to a better understanding.

 

How do you go about it?

The tool can be used remotely, in the workplace or teleworking, and is quick, fun and anonymous. The feedback is then shared with the manager in an environment conducive to discussion.

 

What’s the point?

– Find out where employees stand in relation to the company
– Identify the state of mind of teams in order to « make the subjective become objective »
– Detect what they have missed by no longer being together
– Identify what the feeling of belonging to the company is based on.
